Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. I created Proctor Talent Services (PTS) because I believe deeply in the power of mission-driven work – and I know that finding the right people is absolutely critical to bringing that mission to life.
After 15+ years working alongside incredible nonprofits, I saw too many passionate leaders feeling overwhelmed, under-resourced, and frankly, stressed out by the hiring process. They knew great talent was key, but lacked the time, tools, or dedicated support to hire with the clarity and intention their organizations deserved.
PTS is my answer to that challenge. It's not a recruiting agency; instead, think of me as your partner in building a better hiring practice from the inside out.
